Jason Dhakal settles into his 20s in new album 'BEING' — listen

Jason Dhakal's new album is here. 

The Oman-raised Filipino R&B singer unveiled his new album, BEING today (15 September). Produced by LUSTBASS, the record sees Jason come to terms with this new phase of his life and settle into his 20s. 

"BEING is an album about transformation. As I'm settling into my 20s, perceiving the world, and my surroundings differently, writing these tracks made me process and reflect on a lot of things, especially when everything was really still. But hey, that state helped me understand my own human being a bit better and at least i got to make these sexie [sic] ass songs," he writes in an Instagram post.

With a total of 11 tracks, the album includes previously releasing singles 'can't get enough', 'manila', 'ur man', and 'remember?'. 

BEING comes as Jason's sophomore album following 2020's lovesound. Most recently, the singer opened for Daniel Caesar's Manila stop of his Superpowers World Tour. .
