Festival franchise Lollapalooza is expanding to India.

On 27 July, Lollapalooza announced that it will be bringing its iconic festival series to India, marking its first foray into Asia. The event will be held from 28 to 29 January 2023 in Mumbai.

Early bird tickets for Lollapalooza India will go on sale today (1 August) at 6 PM IST via the festival's official website.

5 Asian acts to check out at Lollapalooza 2022 – BTS' j-hope, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Griff, ZHU, Audrey Nuna

Originated in Chicago in 1991, Lollapalooza has led its international expansion with festivals in Buenos Aires, Berlin, Paris, Santiago, Sao Paulo, and Stockholm in recent years. Its flagship Chicago festival will take place this week, where j-hope, Green Day, Dua Lipa, Metallica, and more will headline the Grant Park stage.
