Red Velvet have set a release date for their third full-length album.
On 17 October, the K-pop quintet's label, SM Entertainment, announced that the project will be titled What A Chill Kill and is scheduled to be unveiled at 6 PM KST on 13 November.
According to Korean media, What A Chill Kill will comprise 10 tracks that showcase the group's "diverse musical colors".
Alongside announcing the details of the album's release, SM Entertainment also teased the project's concept in a teaser poster and replaced Red Velvet's social media profile images with cryptic photos of a single dragonfruit against a plain background.

What A Chill Kill will be the 'Birthday' act's first full-length album since 2017's Perfect Velvet. It will also be Red Velvet's first release of 2023, coming nearly a year after the launch of their EP The ReVe Festival 2022 - Birthday.
Earlier this year, the group embarked on their fourth concert tour R to V, which took them to cities such as Singapore, Manila, Berlin, and London from April to June. Red Velvet were also part of the SM Entertainment contingent that travelled to Jakarta for the SMTOWN Live 2023 concert in July.
