Seori has returned with new music.
On 31 January, the South Korean R&B singer-songwriter's launched a wintry pre-release single, titled 'Broken', via her new label, LABEL SAYU.
Coming more than a year after the release of her special single album Cinderella, the track was composed and arranged by Seori alongside Nancy boy. It also features English lyrics penned by the former.

On the same day, the 'Dive with you' singer celebrated her new single's release with her fans, named Seoros, via an Instagram Live session.
Seori had previously shared the news of her comeback via posts on her X and Instagram pages and teased her new release's concept via a teaser image, in which she can be seen standing in solitude on a snow-covered field.
"To all my Seoros, I'm coming back. See you soon," she wrote to her fans in her posts.

Formerly part of Warner Music Korea's artist collective ASTIPAUS, Seori announced that she had signed with music label LABEL SAYU in October 2023.
Aside from being behind the 2022 EP ?depacse ohw, which comprises tracks such as 'Running Through The Night' and 'Hairdryer', the 27-year-old has been featured on the soundtracks of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and K-dramas Seoul Check-in, Remarriage and Desires, Doona!, and Tell Me That You Love Me.
She has also performed at 88rising's Head in the Clouds LA in 2021 and global virtual festival Double Happiness.
