Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME) has partnered with global music media brand Billboard to promote Chinese music worldwide.
Kicking off the partnership is the launch of the Chinese Music Gravity Project, a first-of-its-kind initiative focused on championing Chinese music across an international audience. The project strives to put a spotlight on the diverse stories of Chinese music artists through content collaborations and features.

Part of the partnership is featuring Billboard's global content, charts, and music news coverage to TME's channels, including QQ Music, Kugou Music, Kuwo Music, and WeSing.
"Our partnership with Billboard is the result of TME's continuous efforts in pursuing high-quality music and content innovation," says TC Pan, Group Vice President of TME's content cooperation department. "In combination with Billboard's global authority and content platform, TME will provide high-quality content to music lovers and upgraded professional services to the Chinese music industry. Our jointly initiated project will bring world-class Chinese music to an international fanbase, marking an exciting progression in the global development of Chinese music."
Tencent Music Entertainment is the leading online music and audio entertainment platform in China. The company is looking at more collaborations with global industry leaders to support local musicians and promote the impact of Chinese music in both domestic and international markets.
