The winners this year's Japan Gold Disc Awards have been revealed.

On Monday (14/03), the Recording Industry Association of Japan announced the winners of the 36th Japan Gold Disc Awards, which recognizes the contributions of artists in the music industry.

This year, global superstars BTS racked in the most awards, namely Best Artist (Asia), Album of the Year (Asia), Music Video of the Year (Asia), Download Award (Asia), and Streaming Award (Asia), followed by J-Pop group Snow Man, who won Artist of the Year (Japanese Music), Album of the Year (Japanese Music), and Single of the Year, and Japanese duo YOASOBI were also honoured with the Special Award alongside Japanese pop singer Aimer.
