AIA Glow Festival 2020 will no longer be taking place this May.
In light of the Singapore Ministry of Health’s advisory for events and gatherings, which calls for all ticketed cultural, sports and entertainment events with 250 participants or more to be deferred or cancelled, the festival organisers have announced its postponement to an unspecified date in the later part of the year.
In an official statement, the festival organisers assured patrons that purchased tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled dates. Customers who find themselves unavailable on the new dates when they are revealed can email them at hello@glowfestival.sg for a refund.
"We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work through this COVID-19 situation. We are committed to keeping you updated via email and will also be updating our website and social channels with further details," they added. "In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy."
