Amber Liu adds Asia and Oceania shows to 'No More Sad Songs' world tour — Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Sydney, and more confirmed

Amber Liu's No More Sad Songs world tour is heading to Asia and Oceania.

On 5 December, the California-born pop star announced that she will be holding concerts in Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Auckland, and Singapore in February and March 2024.

Liu's visits to Asia and Oceania will follow her previously announced nine shows in North America and the United Kingdom, which will take place across the month of January.  

The 'ILY' singer also announced that American indie-pop singer-songwriter Marielle Kraft will be joining her at her Asia and Oceania shows as a supporting act.

"To Marielle, we can get a lil crazy so hope you ready, so happy to have you with us! Love your music," wrote Liu in a social media post. 

Liu made her debut as a member of SM Entertainment's K-pop girl group f(x) back in 2009 and went on to enjoy success as a solo artist following the launch of her debut solo album Beautiful in 2015. 

The 31-year-old multihyphenate has also worked with acts such as Higher Brothers' MaSiWei, BTOB's Peniel, and Jackson Wang, served as a mentor on Chinese reality survival competition CHUANG 2021, and collaborated with fashion houses GIVENCHY and Louis Vuitton.

Tokyo

When: 20 February

Where: The Garden Hall

Tickets will be priced from JPY 9,500. The Live Nation pre-sale will be happening from 12 PM local time on 8 December. The general sale will commence here at 10 AM on 16 December.

Kuala Lumpur

When: 22 February

Where: Zepp KL

Tickets will be priced from RM 298. The Live Nation pre-sale will be happening from 11 AM to 11:59 PM local time on 7 December. The general sale will commence here at 11 AM on 8 December.

Hong Kong

When: 24 February

Where: Rotunda 3, KITEC

Tickets will be priced at HKD 799. The Live Nation pre-sale will be happening from 2 PM to 11:59 PM  local time on 7 December. The general sale will commence here at 2 PM on 8 December.

Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Auckland

When: 12, 14, 15, and 18 March

Where: Roundhouse (Sydney), Fortitude Music Hall (Brisbane), Festival Hall (Melbourne), and The Civic (Auckland)

The MYTM pre-sale will be happening from 10 AM local time on 7 December. The general sale will commence via Ticketmaster at 10 AM on 8 December.

Singapore

When: 20 March

Where: The Theatre at Mediacorp

Tickets will be priced from SGD 88. The Live Nation pre-sale will be happening here from 2 PM to 11:59 PM local time on 8 December. The general sale will commence via Ticketmaster, the booking hotline (+65 3158 8588), and SingPost outlets at 2 PM on 8 December.
