Taiwanese-American artist Amber Liu has joined RYCE Entertainment, which has recently teamed up with TEAM WANG, the company led by GOT7 member Jackson Wang.

According to RYCE Entertainment, they have partnered with Los Angeles-based Steel Wool Entertainment to jointly manage Liu’s activities. RYCE Entertainment will exclusively handle the singer's ventures in China, while both companies will oversee her future records.

Liu, who debuted under the K-pop girl group f(x), will be the first artist to be signed under RYCE Entertainment. The news follows the recent announcement of a strategic partnership between the company and Jackson Wang’s TEAM WANG.

According to TEAM WANG, both companies hope to "power dynamic, multi-dimensional experiences and provide dedicated support to a diverse roster of artists."

This is not the first time TEAM WANG has embarked on such joint ventures—it previously established another strategic partnership with Korean entertainment company Sublime Artist Agency, which also houses GOT7 member Youngjae. 

Liu's signing with RYCE Entertainment continues the singer's productive year thus far. She released her newest album y? in May, featuring the singles 'blue' with Higher Brothers rapper MaSiWei and 'vegas'. She also joined the cast of talent reality show Produce 101 China (Chuang 2021) in February as a mentor.
