It's easy to get trapped in your phone these days.
On Friday (06/21), American Football released their latest visual for the LP3 track 'I Can't Feel You' featuring Slowdive's Rachel Goswell via Polyvinyl Record Co. The contemplative video, directed by David M. Helman, focuses on how modern technology separates people from physically reaching out to others for the convenience of a simple text message.

"When I first listened to the track I was immediately taken by Mike Kinsella's lyrics, and felt the need to explore this sentiment of modern isolation," director David M. Helman reveals in a statement. "We wanted to approach this concept visually in a way that felt both grounded and surreal. An impressionistic portrait of this growing wave of loneliness using the devices that are supposed to keep us interconnected as our source of light."
American Football are set to tour Asia this August, including a Manila stop. Get tickets here.
