The first leg of the Melody Road Chamber Orchestra Concert Series wowed animé fans, who flocked off to The Axon, Green Sun in Makati City last Sunday (11/10).
Radical Dreemers, the 18-piece chamber orchestra accompanied by a 10-piece choir, were given the spotlight at the concert as they performed special numbers from the soundtracks of Studio Ghibli favorites, Rurouni Kenshin, Pokémon, to Attack on Titan.
Alongside the sold-out concert, a mini merchant market was mounted at Green Sun with stickers and prints from Wisterisia House, 32-bit keychains from Haze, pushies from Roshee Sushi Design, and sweets from DVF Dairy Farm.

A percentage of Melody Road's proceeds was donated to Edicute Inc. in support of their Christmas outreach program for the indigenous peoples of Abra de Ilog Occidental Mindoro.
