Apple Music is introducing an array of new features for iOS 17. 

Apple just held their keynote conference, WWDC23, where they revealed updates and a new line of products coming soon. This also included several new features coming to their music streaming platform, Apple Music with the advent of iOS 17. 

Apple Music has updated its Collaborative Playlist and SharePlay feature which will not allow users to control a single playlist in the car, even without an Apple Music subscription. 

The streaming service has also introduced a CrossFade option which allows listeners an option to gradually transition between each song, as well as a new mini-player and Animated Music Player which animates static album covers.
