Asia Artist Awards 2023 in the Philippines: Lineup, tickets, how to get there – all the details you need to know

In a historic first, the Asia Artist Awards (AAA) is coming to the Philippines, and the date is fast approaching.

The landmark event’s 8th edition, which honours the entertainment industry’s best talents in Korea and the greater Asian region, is set to be held on 14 December at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

The red carpet is set to commence at 12:30 PM (PHT), while the awards ceremony will be held from 3:00 to 9:30 PM (PHT).

Emcees & full lineup

Kang Daniel, IVE’s Jang Wonyoung and Zerobaseone’s Sung Han Bin are confirmed to preside as emcees.

Tickets

Seats are tiered and priced as follows:

Availability can be confirmed via the PULP Tickets platform.

To enter, printouts or e-tickets saved on mobile phones will be honoured, along with a valid identification (ID). These should be presented at designated PULP Ticket hubs, where guests can claim their strap and a souvenir show card. This will go on from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (PHT). Gates will open at 12:00 PM, but portals will open at 1:00.

Meanwhile, eligible winners of the red carpet, which takes place at 12:30 PM (PHT), can claim their straps from 8:00 to 11:00 AM. Along with their ticket and ID, winners must present their winning voucher as well.

Re-entry is allowed, so keep your straps on and safe throughout the show.

Transportation and how to get there

PULP has organised shuttle services together with Tridem Tours.

Shuttle tickets, priced at PHP 950 (regardless of terminal and departure time), is on sale only from November 14, 6PM to December 10, 11:59 PM (PHT) (extended deadline) via Tridem Tours’s website. The service is only available to AAA ticketholders.

Car passes are required for private vehicles and carpools to access parking sites nearest to the Philippine Arena. Application is subject to approval as there are limited stocks. Details and answered FAQs are provided here.

Amenities and other reminders

AAA 2023 will be opening a Fanzone at the nearby Philippine Sports Stadium, an open-air venue where food and drink concessionaires will be setting up shop alongside big brands and fanclubs. Guests can check out the various activities and installations such as the Photozone, History Zone, and Star Wall, and then unwind at the relaxation zone.

Other food and beverage concessionaires can be found in the vicinity of the arena.

Broadcast

The event will be broadcast via Weverse in South Korea and other territories (except Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines) and hulu in Japan starting at 12:30 PM (PHT) for the Red Carpet and 3:00 PM (PHT) for the awards show. 

 In the Philippines, the host country of this year's AAA, Lazada is the official livestreaming partner.

AAA 2023 is presented by STAR NEWS, TONZ ENTERTAINMENT and Philippine-based organiser PULP Live World.

Founded 2016, the prestigious award-giving body is the brainchild of South Korean newspaper Money Today together with media giants MTN and StarNews. Regarded as the “Oscars and Grammys of Asia,” the AAA spotlights not only established icons and celebrities but emerging talents as well in the region’s entertainment industry.
