Electronic music trio Autograf is coming to Singapore.
Jake Carpenter, Louis Kha, and Mikul Wing will perform at Kilo Lounge on 27 June in yet another collaboration between the venue and promoter Collective Minds.
The trio formed Autograf in late 2013. Two art students and one derivatives trader, they were a motley group, but had experience under their belts as solo artists and in EDM groups like Midnight Conspiracy.
From the outset, the Chicago-based group distinguished their brand of dance music by also creating accompanying visual spectacles that go beyond the flashing lights, pyrotechnics and even artist disguises that you find in the mainstream. For instance, early in their existence as Autograf, they recreated Andy Warhol's Campbell's Soup piece at a pop art party inspired by the iconic American artist's work.
