Spotify hosted its latest RADAR LIVE event for RADAR KOREA artist BABYMONSTER on 27 November in Seoul to celebrate the release of the group's first full length album, [DRIP], while giving their fanbase the opportunity to interact with the septet.
The event featured interactive activities such as talk sessions, games, and special missions for 120 fans on-site as well as 250K more MONSTIEZ who tuned into the livestream on the K-Pop ON! Spotify YouTube channel.
Hosted by renowned MC Jaejae, the event kicked off with BABYMONSTER leading the audience in the “[DRIP] Challenge”, teaching fans the choreography to the title track. Fans also got up close and personal with the group during the "RADAR Alphabet Talk", which saw the members sharing personal messages. The "Cassette Fishing" game was another highlight of the event, where audiences had the chance to win exclusive BABYMONSTER-themed cassette tapes.

As Spotify’s global program for emerging artists, RADAR has been instrumental in amplifying rising talent from around the world and connecting them with new listeners. Since its inception, RADAR has spotlighted over 900 artists worldwide, including the likes of The Kid LAROI, Lauv, Tyla, RIIZE and LE SSERAFIM.
BABYMONSTER joined the RADAR Korea roster in October after showing strong potential with their debut releases. With Spotify’s best-in-class editorial and marketing support, BABYMONSTER has since seen a 110% growth in monthly streams and a 30% increase in monthly listeners on Spotify, demonstrating the program’s impact in driving music discovery and listener engagement.
