The Baybeats Festival is a mainstay on Singapore’s music calendar. It's a melting pot of young bands coming together to show the world what they have to offer. It's also a celebration of veteran bands and Singapore's music scene, while at the same time welcoming acts from all over the world. Every year, we eagerly await its line-up, and every year, it proves to be worth the wait. This year seems to be no different.
The Baybeats 2019 line-up has finally arrived; albeit only phase one of five. Announced to perform this year are local metal legends Rudra, Indonesian indie-pop band Reality Club, Malaysian rapper Airliftz, The New Modern Lights, Emonightsg, and I, Devotion.
More acts will be announced in the coming days. Further information surrounding the festival, including its set timings, is expected to be released in the coming weeks leading up to the festival. Stay tuned to Bandwagon for more updates.
Baybeats 2019 will take place 23 to 25 August 2018 at the Esplanade. The festival is free.
