The Philippines' Department of Tourism has compiled a 2-minute video showing "everyday kindness", featuring the brave frontliners of our country - from medical professionals to the supermarket cashiers - facing the challenge that is COVID-19.

Singer-songwriter Bea Lorenzo, whose father and grandfather are both doctors, lends her voice to the reworked version of the Eraserheads' classic penned by Ely Buendia, 'With A Smile'.

In a statement, the DoT reminds Filipinos, "As we wait out the end of this challenging time, let us never forget to show the world who we truly are: a nation of kind, caring, and compassionate people."

UPDATE (06/12): Bea Lorenzo's rendition of 'With A Smile' is now available for streaming on Spotify.

All proceeds from the streams will be donated to UPNIH to help fund the mass production of COVID-19 test kits and research needs.
