Ben&Ben have released a statement about their Homecoming Concert

Last Sunday (18 December), the Filipino folk-pop band held their biggest show yet, performing for over 65,000-strong crowd at the SMDC Festival Grounds in partnership with Ovation Productions. While it was a major milestone for Ben&Ben and their fans, many have expressed their disappointment and frustration with the concert experience, citing long queues and a lack of crowd control with some even demanding refunds.

On 20 December, Ben&Ben have released their statement, apologising for the organisational mishaps and thanking fans for still sticking by them. The band also ensured that they will be taking proper measures moving forward so that "what happened won't happen again".

"While we can't undo the pains you've been through, we can help make things right moving forward. Thank you," Ben&Ben's statement reads.
