Ben&Ben are joining forces with Young K!

In a surprise announcement made today (05/26), the Filipino nine-piece folk band revealed that they are collaborating with the DAY6 bassist for a remake of their 2017 single, 'Leaves'. The track is said to send a hopeful message of strength and hope during these difficult time.

In a statement posted via Twitter, Ben&Ben shared, "We reimagined 'Leaves' this year with a surprise collaboration from an artist we really love, Young K from the band Day6. In these times, the message that 'all will be alright in time' is more relevant than ever, all over the world. We hope you like it!"

The single will drop on Friday, 28 May at 12 AM (in your timezone).

The remake of 'Leaves' comes ahead of Ben&Ben's forthcoming album slated for release in the next coming months. The band previously released two singles off the record – 'Magpahinga' and 'Upuan'. 

This also comes Young K's first collaboration with a Filipino act. DAY6 most recently released The Book Of Us: Negentropy.
