BIGHIT MUSIC confirms BTS' SUGA's military enlistment date

Fresh off wrapping up the sold-out D-DAY Tour, BIGHIT MUSIC has confirmed that SUGA has started the enlistment process according to a statement issued today (7 August). "We would like to inform our fans that SUGA has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement," their statement reads.

The rapper and producer will be the latest member to serve their mandatory military service, following Jin and j-hope.

For BTS' "Chapter 2," the multihyphenate has been busy reuniting with Halsey on 'Lilith,' stepping into the world of fashion as Valentino's brand ambassador, and releasing the final part of the Agust D trilogy, D-DAY. For the better half of this year, SUGA has set out on his solo world tour, performing cities across the US and Asia.
