Jisoo's solo debut is coming. 

On 21 February, YG Entertainment shared in a press statement that the BLACKPINK member is currently in the midst of filming her first-ever solo music video. This news comes after the entertainment agency confirmed in January that Jisoo will be releasing her solo music this year. 

"The music video for Jisoo’s solo track is being filmed overseas for all the [filming] locations in strict secrecy. It is worth anticipating as we invested the highest production cost of all BLACKPINK videos to date," shared YG Entertainment. 

Jisoo comes as the latest member of BLACKPINK to release solo music. Last year, the singer previously starred in the popular K-drama, Snowdrop. 

As a whole, BLACKPINK are currently in the middle of their BORN PINK world tour which comes in celebration of their highly anticipated sophomore album of the same name. The 'Shut Down' act are also set to headline Coachella 2023 this April.
