On Friday (09/10), BLACKPINK member unveiled her highly anticipated single album LALISA and the title track's official music video via YG Entertainment and Universal Music.

The official visual of 'LALISA' broke records as the fastest debut music video in YouTube history to hit 10 million views in 90 minutes upon its premiere.

Leading up to the release of LALISA, VLIVE and TiKTok hosted a special countdown event, where the rapper and dancer shared stories about how the album came to be. She mentioned how she practically lived in the studio as she worked on her solo, with the undying support of her BLACKPINK sisters, of course. She even teased that she learned a new skill for the 'LALISA' music video.

The single album includes two tracks—'LALISA' and 'MONEY'—and instrumental versions of both singles. The tracks are in collaboration with TEDDY, Bekuh BOOM, 24, Vince, and R.Tee.

Pre-orders for LALISA reached over 800,000 sales, marking it as the most pre-ordered album by a female K-Pop soloist in history. The single album, which comes in two versions—Gold and Black—includes a photo book, photo card (1 of 4 shipped at random), instant photo (1 of 4 shipped at random), and more. It is available via YG Select and KTown4U.
