On 22 May (Sunday), Rolling Stone took to social media to continue teasing their #BLACKPINKxRollingStone campaign, but now indicating something to look out for on Monday (23 May) at 8 p.m. PHT/SGT, 8 a.m. EDT. On Saturday (21 May), Rolling Stone made its first #BLACKPINKxRollingStone teaser, writing, "Coming soon."

BLACKPINK's upcoming campaign with Rolling Stone follows the Japanese release of the 'How You Like That' act's first full-length record, The Album.

In 2021, the group celebrated their fifth anniversary with the 4+1 PROJECT, which includes the film BLACKPINK THE MOVIE, the release of their special photobook featuring behind-the-scenes content from THE ALBUM, and a special BLACKPINK 4+1 POP-UP.
