BLACKPINK's Rosé has joined THEBLACKLABEL for her solo projects.

The 'On The Ground' singer confirmed the news via a letter for BLINKs (fans of BLACKPINK) on Instagram. In her letter, she writes how she wanted to wait until she had something more concrete to share with fans "I personally didn’t want to speak or announce anything before I had everything aligned for my music to be out. Put in a more simpler way, whatever I tell you, I wanted to be prepared to back it up with some gooood stuffff✨"

She also adds how she has been in and out of the studio, almost every single day throughout the past year, making music. "So please be excited about my music! I know you have many questions but this is only the first exciting puzzle piece to a much bigger picture. Love u."

Late last year, BLACKPINK confirmed they would remain with YG Entertainment for their group activities. Meanwhile, all 4 members have since signed with different agencies for their solo careers. Lisa has established LLOUD Co., and teamed up with RCA Records for her music, while Jennie has founded label ODD ATELIER. Jisoo has launched her own company, BLISSOO, to manage her solo activities.

THEBLACKLABEL, founded by producer Teddy Park and Korean rapper Kush, is currently home to the likes of Park Bogum, LØREN, Taeyang, Jeon Somi, and more.
