Brickcity to release "happier" new album 'We The Forgettables' in January

Brickcity are back.

On Monday (20/11), the Filipino rock act shared a teaser for their upcoming studio album, We The Forgettables, set for release on 13 January 2024. It will include the band's 2020 single 'Chlorine'.

In a message to Bandwagon, vocalist Jacques Concepcion shared that the album, which has been seven years in the making, will be launched with a gig in Katipunan. He says, "Mas nasa happier side [yung sound], mas simple and straight forward."

UPDATE (11/29): Brickcity officially announced the details of their upcoming album launch, happening at Unknown13 Pub in Katipunan, Quezon City on 13 January 2024. They will be joined by LOSTTHREADS, bird., Badwave, TNG, Amateurish, and Pure Mind Quiet Heart.

"After 7 years and a few pandemic outbreaks in between, we are very proud and excited to announce that our sophomore album is finally done," they write in a statement.

Limited pre-sale tickets will be available starting 1 December (Friday) for PHP 450 (with free drink). Regular tickets will be priced at PHP 500 (with free drink) once pre-sale tickets are sold out.
