BTS perform theme song 'The Planet' for Crunchyroll's new animated series, Bastions — listen

BTS have lent their voice to Crunchyroll's new animated series. 

On 12 May, the global pop icons released 'The Planet', the theme song for the anime-focused streaming service's latest animated series, Bastions. The series follows the story of rookie superheroes competing for popularity while trying to save the Earth.

'The Planet', which is BTS' first group project since their 2022 anthology album Proof, is said to talk about the importance of living on Earth, against bright and cheery melodies. The series will also feature songs from K-pop acts LE SSERAFIM, Heize, and AleXa. 

Bastions will premiere this weekend on Crunchyroll and SBS
