Weverse just unveiled its year-end recap for 2022.

From integrating with NAVER's V LIVE to implementing an array of new features, it's been an eventful year for the HYBE-powered community platform. On 28 December, they released their 2022 Weverse Fandom Trend report, which includes the top hashtags, fandom demographics, livestream highlights, and more.

As of December 2022, Weverse is home to 78 fan-artist communities—including BTS, ENHYPEN, SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, fromis_9, TXT, CL, and more, with a cumulative of 53.9 million users across 245 countries and regions. The platform has seen a total of 330 million posts and 660 million comments.

In 2022, the top hashtag was #stream and #vote which was used to encourage fellow fans to support their favourite artists. Both hashtags got over 100,000 posts each, followed by 45,000 posts with #getwellsoonjimin for when BTS' Jimin got sick. Rounding up the trending Weverse hashtags for the year is #ListenToMeJay, created for ENHYPEN's Jay's livestream where he would listen and share advice with his fans.

This year, following the platform's integration with the popular livestream service V LIVE, Weverse launched Weverse Live where their artists can conduct their own livestreams and connect with their fans in real-time. The new feature has seen over 1,283 livestreams and a total of 396.5 million views. Artists like BTS' Jin, fromis_9's JI SUN, and P1Harmony's Theo currently have held the longest Weverse Live, each of them going over 3 hours.

Weverse also shared their 2022 Fandom KeywordDiversity. Throughout the year, the platform has expanded to offer diversified fandom experiences, including online and offline events, e-commerce, and music streaming services. In particular, Weverse launched Weverse Albums, which currently sees albums from 9 artists, that offer fans a new kind of music-listening experience.

Weverse are holding its Weverse Con Festivaon 10-11 June 2023 at Seoul's KSPO Dome. The festival is said to be an upgraded experience from their New Year's concert.
