BTS' Jungkook is celebrating his birthday this September and fans of the golden maknae have started rolling out their birthday projects.

Jungkook__China, a non-profit fan club based in China for BTS' Jeon Jungkook, will be hosting a series of birthday events including an immersive 360 digital exhibit experience in New York.

Jungkook Birthday Exhibit - which will feature three parts - immersive projection gallery, virtual reality meet and greet, and memo wall for fans to send their birthday greetings - is happening on 1 September (the day of Jungkook's birthday) from 11 AM to 8 PM, and is set to take place at The Lightbox in midtown Manhattan.

Admission is free, but slots are limited so fans are encouraged to register here. Attendees are also required to have full COVID-19 vaccinations, as well wear masks and follow COVID-19 safety protocols at the event.

Aside from the New York exhibit, Jungkook__China will also be celebrating the 'My Time' singer's birthday in different cities across the globe - a cruise parade on the Han River in Seoul, nationwide LED screen takeovers in subway stations in South Korea and in London, Gugku's Forest Exhibition in Shanghai, an LED showcase at the Champs-Élysées in Paris, and LED takeovers at 5 cathedrals in Milan, Italy.

The fan club has also donated a total of RMB 70,000 (approx. USD 10,778) to 7 charitable causes such as impoverished mothers, stray pets, the Sichuan flood relief, child abduction prevention, COVID-19 testing, and more, in honour of Jungkook.

Jungkook debuted with BTS in 2013, taking over the roles of center, main vocalist, lead dancer, and sub-rapper at a young age. He has since participated in all of the GRAMMY-nominated group's releases, and is co-credited for songwriting, composition, and production of several BTS tracks such as 'Magic Shop,' 'Your Eyes Tell,' 'Stay,' and 'Film Out.' He has also released solo songs for their albums - 'Euphoria,' 'My Time,' 'Begin,' and his FESTA 2020 gift to ARMY (fans of BTS), 'Still With You'.

BTS are nominated for numerous awards at the upcoming MTV VMAs this September, and also scheduled to speak at the 76th UN General Assembly.
