Celebrate Dick Lee's work come August with SINGAPOPERA, a showcase in celebration of Beauty World’s 30th anniversary and Snow Wolf Lake’s 20th anniversary.
The show features a homegrown all-star cast that includes Lee himself, jazz singer Alemay Fernandez, Broadway Beng’s Sebastian Tan and radio host Denise Tan.
Heralded as one of the most prolific personalities in the local arts scene, Lee's works are close to the hearts of many Singaporeans. From the 1998 hit ‘Home’ that has become the most iconic National Day theme song, to colourful, unapologetically-Singaporean musicals like Beauty World and Fried Rice Paradise, Lee is the man behind some of our island’s best-loved songs and plays.
SINGAPOPERA will take place on 25 and 26 August at the Esplanade Concert Hall. Tickets are priced at $58, $78, $98, $118 and $138 and will go on sale from 21 July at all SISTIC outlets or online via this link.
