It’s October, and the stores are decked out in Halloween decorations. With pumpkins sitting on the counter, skeletons hanging from the aisles and cat ears waiting for grab-and-go as last-minute costume ideas, the most spine-tingling festivity is here – but we’re not fazed. 2020 has been a scare-fest all year, and if anything, we’re in need of a good reprieve.
Live concerts you can stream while on COVID-19 stay-home notice
While our tradition is to round up the Halloween parties each year, doom and gloom have settled on the music industry in most parts of the world, as live performances come to a quiet stale. But that doesn’t mean your party spirit deserves to be left in the attic – like an elusive shadow, there’s movement if you just pay close attention.
From DJ sets to intimate gigs, and themed restaurants to drive-in trivia nights, it’s time to dust off your Halloween ‘fits (and mask up) with these Halloween events that are happening in the region, from the Philippines, Singapore, to Korea, and more. Afraid of getting spooked by the virus? No fear, there’s activity in the digital realm, too.
