ena mori is hitting the SXSW Sydney stage this October.

On 6 May (Monday), SXSW Sydney announced the first wave of artists performing in the 2024 installment of the week-long festival, happening on 14-20 October. Among the performers is Japanese-Filipino pop singer-songwriter ena mori, who will be sharing the stage with the likes of Ayesha Madon, Nick Ward, total tommy, SAHXL, and many more.

The 'Heartache Generation' singer previously performed at SXSW 2023 in Austin, where she performed on two stages during her stint, succeeding the release of her award-winning debut album DON'T BLAME THE WILD ONE. ena mori's upcoming appearance at SXSW Sydney 2024 follows in the footsteps of Filipino multi-instrumentalist, Gabba, who performed at the inaugural festival last year.

In an exclusive statement to Bandwagon, ena mori shares, "I'm incredibly excited and honored to be able to go to Sydney to perform for the first time ever! Looking forward to discovering new music and representing Asian music."
