Some of you may know Ashley Erianah from her work on camera in Singapore and Malaysia, but lately, the burgeoning screen starlet has actually been quietly venturing into the world of music under the alias ERI.

Most recently, she played an integral part in the formation of local hip-hop/R&B duo MNCHS (watch our review of their fun, self-titled debut EP here), and also scored a memorable guest vocal spot on Gema and FAUXE's steamy Sextape split EP (listen to 'Ashley' here) back in January.

All in all, its been a prolific 2016 for the young songstress and ERI is looking to keep up that momentum with the release of yet another low-key (but quality) track entitled 'Hati Berat (Saya Sudah Mencoba)'. The song is wistful, Malay-languange blues number that unburdens her feelings of longing and nostalgia into a gorgeous 4 minute and 20 second track.

Produced by frequent collaborator FAUXE, who once again flexes his muscles on the R&B front, this partnership continues his fruitful creative relationship with ERI with yet another beaut. We definitely look forward to more from them in the future.
