FKJ just dropped a new single.

On Friday night (29/04), the French producer and multi-instrumentalist unveiled his latest offering, titled 'Way Out', lifted from his forthcoming second studio album V I N C E N T. 

'Way Out' is the opening song off V I N C E N T, which according to FKJ, is an invitation to leave his busy adult mind.

He says, "I put these footsteps and door sounds on the intro because I was imagining this scene of an exit, running away from a too serious and anxious state of mind. The escape would end and I would land in a childish world where the kid inside of me that doesn’t care and just plays would re-emerge."

The concept behind V I N C E N T was inspired by a solo trip to Los Angeles prior to the pandemic. "I just stayed in this house totally on my own, turned my phone off and had some time away from everything to figure out what I wanted to do," FKJ shares.

V I N C E N T is scheduled for release on 10 June 2022.
