On 17 July, Warner Music China announced a partnership with G.E.M. for an exclusive release of her new album Revelation next month. This announcement follows a series of cryptic teasers posted by the Hong Kong singer-songwriter herself hinting at a new album with a virtual universe concept.

Revelation will feature a total of 14 songs, with each track having its own music video.

Earlier this month, the 'Long After' hitmaker was featured on the soundtrack of Minions: The Rise of Gru.
