john eun

Another familiar name for fans of BTS, John Eun has collaborated with RM on numerous occasions. RM provided backing vocals for the singer-songwriter's 2020 track, 'Hope,' with Eun credited for co-production and co-writing on the rapper's 2021 FESTA offering, 'Bicycle.' The pair reunites for Indigo, with Eun co-writing and producing 'Forg_etful' and 'No.2'.

A contemporary jazz artist, Jaeshin Park plays bass for RM's solo stint on Tiny Desk. Playing under the moniker Deep Mind alongside likeminded musicians like Youngwoo Lee, Jongkuk Kim, Junho Song, and Sangjun Ahn, they released their self-titled album last year. The band recently performed in Jarasum Jazz Festival, performing with the likes of Daniel Garcia Trio, Sketchbook Quartet, and more.

Park has also contributed his bass lines to releases like Paul Kim's EP, Star, Hwang Sunghwan's 'SEON,' Jung Seung Hwan's 'Dear,' and 'Together' by Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO.

JK Kim

On the drums is JK Kim, who's also in Deep Mind with bassist Jaeshin Park. Growing up, Kim studied classical piano, and played drums in church. In 2010, the versatile drummer moved the US to study at the Berklee College of Music and became a regular fixture at The Jazz Gallery in New York. He has played in various groups including his own JK Kim Quartet, as well as the Simon Moullier Trio.
