Disney is back at their tricks again with another tearjerker.

On Monday (11/09), Disney unveiled From Our Family To Yours, their latest animated advert just in time for the Christmas season. The heartwarming holiday advert is backed by 19-year-old English singer-songwriter Griff, and her song 'Love Is A Compass.'

The song by the Novello Rising Star award nominee is for the benefit of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Disney has been working with Make-A-Wish for 40 years to date.

The 3-minute clip tells the story of a grandmother and her special bond with her granddaughter as she tries to keep the spirit of a Filipino Christmas alive in their life abroad.

“We knew having a story that placed tradition and togetherness at its heart would make it feel relevant and relatable to people all over the world,” From Our Family To Yours director Angela Affinita says in a statement.
