Grimes just dropped 'Shinigami Eyes'.

On 26 January, the experimental pop act unveiled the latest single from her forthcoming project. 'Shinigami Eyes' dropped alongside a futuristic visual which featured a cameo from BLACKPINK's Jennie as Grimes battles it out in an intergalactic war to the death.

The music video also featured appearances from singer-songwriter Dorian Electra and visual artist Ryon Wu.

Grimes previously shared that she's working on a supposed double album tentatively titled BOOK 1, what she says would be her last musical venture for a while. The project would follow her 2020 album Miss Anthropocene. 

In 2021, the 'Oblivion' act released a single titled 'Player of Games'.
