Hammersonic 2020 will not return this year due to concerns over the COVID-19 outbreak. The festival has been postponed to 15 - 17 January 2021. It was initially slated to take place from 27 - 28 March 2020.
In an official statement, festival organiser, RAVID Entertainment, announced that they will feature the same lineup for the rescheduled dates, with the addition of 3 new headliners and 2 co-headliners. The current lineup sees prominent metal giants such as Slipknot, Trivium, Amon Amarth, and more.
Purchased tickets will remain valid for the new schedule, and new ticket prices will be available for those who have yet to get their tickets due to the new headliners. Refund details have yet to be released.
