The 2019 Awit Award nominees have been revealed, and the list includes both veterans in the scene and some up-and-coming acts that have caught the attention of music fans nationwide.
Moira Dela Torre leads with eight nominations, alongside BRWN with seven nods, Janine Teñoso with six nominations, Juan Karlos with five noms for his hit single 'Buwan,' and singer-songwriter Unique follows with four nods for 'Sino,' 'Ozone,' and his debut album Grandma. Entering for the first time in Awit Awards history are kalimba artist Bea Lorenzo, pop singer Shanne Dandan, and more.
