Here are the winners of the 2023 GRAMMY Awards – Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, 'Encanto,' Adele, and more

The 65th GRAMMY Awards are finally here.

Before the main ceremony, the annual awards show kicked off the festivities with the GRAMMY Premiere Ceremony where a bulk of the winners were revealed, followed by the main ceremony which also featured performances by the likes of Bad Bunny, Lizzo, Sam Smith and Kim Petras, and more.

Beyoncé, who's nominated for a total of nine GRAMMYs, has already won Best Dance/Electronic Recording for 'Break My Soul,' Best R&B Song for 'CUFF IT,' and Best Dance/Electronic Album for RENAISSANCE. The pop icon has garnered 32 wins and now holds the record for the most GRAMMY wins of all time.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift won Best Music Video for her directorial debut in All Too Well: The Short Film. 

Pop producer Jack Antonoff won Producer of the Year (Non-Classical) for the second year in a row, while Tobias Jesso, Jr. was named Songwriter of the Year (Non-Classical). The Encanto soundtrack took home numerous awards – one for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media and another for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media. 'We Don’t Talk About Bruno' also won Best Song Written for Visual Media.

Indie favourites Wet Leg won two out of three nominations so far, Best Alternative Music Performance for 'Chaise Longue' and Best Alternative Music Album for their self-titled debut.

Japanese composer and multi-instrumentalist Masa Takumi won Best Global Music Album for his album, Sakura. Throughout the years, the artist has also produced for the likes of J-pop groups EXILE and Da Pump, as well as K-pop act, KARA.

Father-daugther art director tandem Chun-Tien Hsia and Qing-Yang Xiao won Best Recording Package for their work on Tamsui-Kavalan Chinese Orchestra's Beginningless Beginning. This marked Xiao's seventh overall nomination, his first with his daughter, and his first-ever win.

'Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok,' composed by Stephanie Economou, was awarded Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media.

Harry Styles' third album, Harry's House, won Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year. This follows the record's earlier win for Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical).

Taking home the award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance are Sam Smith and Kim Petras for their collaboration, 'Unholy'. The historic win makes Petras the first transgender woman and nonbinary person to win in the category, and also marks the artist's first-ever GRAMMY win.

Adele has added another GRAMMY win with Best Pop Solo Performance for 'Easy On Me'. This is the singer-songwriter's fourth win in this category following 'Someone Like You' in 2012, 'Set Fire To The Rain (Live)' in 2013, and 'Hello' in 2017.

The first winner for Special Merit Award, Best Song for Social Change is Shervin Hajipour's 'Baraye'. The song is considered a protest anthem in Iran, after going viral last September. The young singer-songwriter was arrested in the same month and is currently out on bail and awaiting trial. 

Lizzo won her fourth GRAMMY with 'About Damn Time' for Record of the Year.

American blues singer and guitarist Bonnie Raitt took home three awards including Song of the Year and Best American Roots Song for 'Just Like That'. Raitt's 'Made Up Mind' also won Best Americana Performance.

American jazz singer Samara Joy was named Best New Artist. Her 2022 album, Linger Awhile, also received the award for Best Jazz Vocal Album.
