HYBE sales are at an all-time high.
On Wednesday (01/11), HYBE announced its record-breaking third quarter earnings, thanks to album, concert, and streaming revenues that total to 537.9 billion KRW and an operating profit of 72.7 billion KRW. This milestone marks HYBE's highest third-quarter performance since it was established in 2005.
The label's active artists—SEVENTEEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, and LE SSERAFIM—contributed to the increasing revenue of HYBE through worldwide tours. In September, BTS member V sold over 2 million copies of his album Layover, making him the first Korean solo artist to reach such a feat. The release was followed by BTS' Jungkook with his single 'Seven' featuring Latto and '3D' featuring Jack Harlow.
According to Circle Chart in Korea, SEVENTEEN sold over 11 million albums this year. Their first Japan Best Album Always Yours shipped 750,000 units, giving it an official triple platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan.
