HYBE has fully acquired BE:LIFT LAB.
In an announcement made today (10 August), the Korean entertainment powerhouse confirmed that they have signed an agreement with CJ ENM to acquire all 51.5% of their shares in BE:LIFT LAB, making them the label's sole owner. BE:LIFT LAB is home to K-pop stars ENHYPEN.
"HYBE will provide unparalleled support for BELIFT LAB and its artists. We will continue to pursue a partnership with CJ ENM on further promoting K-culture," said HYBE CEO Jiwon Park.

BE:LIFT LAB was intially set up as a joint project between HYBE and CJ ENM in 2018, with the intention of developing artists that will redefine K-pop in the global market. Since then, they have debuted renowned act ENHYPEN, who have released chart-topping albums and embarked on a world tour in the last year alone.
