HYBE Insight will open on 14 May and will be available for public viewing via pre-booking. The museum is located on levels B1 and B2 of HYBE's building in Yongsan, Seoul.

Visitors must register for a Weverse account in order to purchase a ticket through the museum's official website. Admission tickets are priced at KRW 22,000 (USD 20). Fans can also avail a photo ticket with their favourite HYBE artist for an additional KRW 3,000 (USD 3).

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a limited number of guests can enter HYBE Insight at a time. The museum will operate from 11 AM to 9 PM KST (last admission is at 6:55 PM).

Exhibitions

The museum will include several exhibitions, spaces, and displays based around the company's mission statement, "We Believe In Music".

HYBE Insight includes two levels where visitors can expect to "see, hear, touch, and feel the power of [HYBE's] music and beliefs". The first floor sees various experiences where visitors can "enjoy music with a wider sense and density", while the second floor features five exhibits that showcase elements of music in a new way.

As part of the music experience, visitors can choose an artist docent to audibly guide them through the museum prior to their registration. Visitors can choose from BTSRM, NU'EST's JR, GFRIEND's Sowon, SEVENTEEN's S.CoupsTXT's Soobin, and ENHYPEN's Jungwon.

One of HYBE Insight's upcoming exhibitions is Seven Phases, an art installation by Taiwanese-American artist James Jean that sees BTS in a "detailed and dreamy world". The exhibit will run from 14 May to 14 November

Museum Shops

In addition to a diverse range of spaces and exhibitions, HYBE Insight will also feature a museum shop where fans and visitors can purchase souvenirs and products that take from the various displays and content at the museum. Bang & Baker’s egg tarts are also available at the museum shop.

There will also be an Upcycling Lab that features one-of-a-kind and unique products that were upcycled from pieces and accessories that were worn by HYBE artists themselves.

Earlier this year, HYBE underwent several organisational changes to encompass the company's expansive range of operations – from music to gaming to education. The company also recently teamed up with Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings that brings together artists like BTS,  GFRIEND, ENHYPEN, NU'EST, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, TXT, SEVENTEEN, ZICO, Demi Lovato, and more under one roof.
