Instrumental in shaping business strategy and investments across the company, Lee has held various positions with HYBE (formerly Big Hit Entertainment) since joining in 2018 – Chief Innovation and Growth Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer of HYBE AMERICA, and President of HYBE AMERICA. Lee is credited for structuring HYBE’s three-pillar business model—label, solution, and platform—while spearheading the company’s IPO and number of mergers and acquisitions.
HYBE shares “Jason is an entertainment industry veteran with vast experience in strategic planning and operations across both domestic and overseas businesses. Under his new leadership, we are looking forward to advancing as a global entertainment lifestyle platform company.”
According to a press statement, Lee's predecessor, Jiwon Park, will be continuing to "contribute to the company’s growth strategy, by leveraging his expertise in the intersection of entertainment and technology."
