James Alyn and Karn Kasidej are parting ways as HYBS.
In a statement, the Thai musical duo shares how grateful they are to have gone on this "amazing journey" bringing their music across the globe and playing to tens of thousands of people across Asia. "We will treasure it forever," the pair writes.

As a gift to their fans, HYBS will be releasing a final EP with their unreleased tracks, as well as holding a farewell concert in their hometown of Bangkok.

Since their debut in 2021, the city pop act has dropped a studio album, Making Steak, a bunch of remixes by the likes of Tilly Birds' Billy and TELEx TELEX, and collaborations with acts such as brb., slchld, and GANGGA. The 'Ride' hitmakers have also become festival favourites across the region with performances at Manila's Wanderland Festival, Hong Kong's Clockenflap, South Korea's Busan Rock Festival, and more.
