Laufey has unveiled a new single from the expanded edition of her second studio album.
Released on 6 March, 'Goddess' is one of four new tracks from the Icelandic singer-songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer's Bewitched: Goddess Edition, which is slated for a 26 April launch.

Written after the completion of Bewitched, which took home the award for Best Traditional Pop Album at the 66th GRAMMY Awards, the expanded album's lead single is described as Laufey's "most honest" track to date.

"I wrote it alone at my piano after feeling like someone had fallen in love with the version of me they’d seen on stage, just to find that I wasn’t what they projected once I was off stage. They deemed me to no longer be a shiny thing when the glamor wore off, reduced to skin and bone," explained the 24-year-old.
Currently in Europe as part of her ongoing Bewitched: The Goddess Tour, Laufey will make her way to North American in April before returning to Asia in May.
There, she will stage two A Night At The Symphony shows in Manila with the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra and perform at Jakarta's Java Jazz Festival.
