The eighth iHeartRadio Music Awards have announced their winners!

The ceremony, which was hosted by Usher, was broadcast live on 28 May from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. 

Standout performances include a debut live rendition of 'Save Your Tears' from nominees The Weeknd and Ariana Grande, as well as a Doja Cat medley featuring her biggest hits: 'Say So', 'Streets', and 'Kiss Me More'. Silk Sonic, which comprises Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak, also took to the stage to perform their hit single 'Leave The Door Open'

Leading the tables was The Weeknd, who was nominated for eight awards. Rappers Megan Thee Stallion and Roddy Ricch followed with seven nominations each, while Harry Styles trailed with six. K-pop acts BTS—also a nominee for Best Duo/Group of the Year—and BLACKPINK were contenders for fan-voted categories, including Best Music Video and Best Fan Army.  

Notable wins of the night include The Weeknd, who took home Song of the Year with 'Blinding Lights' and Male Artist of the Year. Taylor Swift, who won Pop Album of the Year for folklore, tuned into the ceremony via video to give her acceptance speech. 

On the other hand, Dua Lipa won Female Artist of the Year while Doja Cat bagged the award for Best New Pop Artist. British singer Elton John was also honoured with the Icon Award, which was presented by Lil Nas X and Coldplay's Chris Martin.  

Additionally, Megan Thee Stallion won Best Collaboration for her remix of 'Savage' featuring Beyoncé. BTS bagged three out of the four awards they were nominated for: Best Music Video for 'Dynamite', Best Fan Army, and Favourite Music Video Choreography with choreographer Son Sung Deuk
