JYP Entertainment and Republic Records have teamed up in the search for their next girl group.

Titled A2K (America2Korea), the new reality series aimed to "find American talent to create a girl group through a K-pop system," is set to premiere on 13 July 2023, 6 PM PT/ 9 PM ET on JYP's YouTube channel.

Auditions were held across the US last September 2022, for persons identifying as she/they/her aged 12 to 16.
