Korean spy drama ‘Moving’ is the most viewed series finale ever on Disney+ across the Asia-Pacific region.
Billed as a “proving the power of quality K-content” by production company KBS Media, and “a superhero story with an emotional core” by global media company Forbes, the Korean drama made its mark as one of the most sought-after shows on Disney+.

Fronted by renowned personalities from South Korea including Kingdom’s Ryu Seungryong, television actress and model Han Hyojoo, and actor Zo Insung, the show showcases a group of spies on a mission to protect their children with super-powers from hostile government agencies. The spies, also encasing astounding powers like flight, heightened senses, and instant healing, made a daring move to disappear after being assigned to carry out “increasingly dubious missions”.

Since the twenty-episode series’ debut on 9 August this year, Moving easily embodied the title of the most viewed original series from South Korea given the total hours streamed in the first seven days on Disney+ and Hulu. The film saw a peak in viewership across APAC including Korea, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
