An array of live music venues in Metro Manila are now permitted to reopen.
Government officials have announced that venues with "live voice or wind-instrument performers", such as karaoke bars, clubs, concert halls, and theatres, may accept fully vaccinated patrons of up to 50 percent of their operating capacity.

This announcement comes as part of Metro Manila's Alert Level 2 which sees more relaxed COVID-19 regulations from 5 to 21 November.
